With more than 20 years of experience in administration and management across the Human Resources and Insurance sectors, I provide reliable, professional support to busy practices and brokerages that need trusted help behind the scenes.
I understand the realities of running a business—the constant juggle of competing priorities, client care, and the administrative tasks that often extend well beyond the workday.
I started MVM Virtual Assistance because I believe the professionals who care for others deserve dependable support of their own. My role is to bring calm, structure, and consistency to the day-to-day administration that keeps a practice or small business running smoothly.

A package will be tailored depending on what your requirements are. Services start from $60 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours per week.
Packages start from just 4 hours per week.
There is no locked in contract, but our Agreement with terms and conditions will state that ceasing services requires 2 weeks notice.
